Rubbout is an annual low-key event occurring in Vancouver, BC, organized by Bill “Northwind” Houghton.
The 1999 event was held March 31-April 2.

I flew into Seattle on Thursday night, then drove to Vancouver on Friday, returning to Seattle on Sunday, and finally flew back to the Bay Area on Monday. Gotta get my Seattle time in there (and my parents live near Seattle, so maybe some “family” time, too).
